about me

Who is Grantly

Grantly learnt his skills (presenting and editing) after working as a volunteer for Guy’s Hospital radio, (London).

He has worked on some of the biggest radio stations in London, namely: Fusion 107.3 FM (Positive Vibes), talkGospel.com (six days a week), G Force Radio.com (str8up) & Former ‘Voice Of Truth Radio’ (Sky 0205).

From 2004-08 Grantly jointly hosted the ‘Straight Up’ show on Premier Radio with long time friend Tito Carless, and during this time they managed to pick up a radio award.

Grantly was spotted hosting a live showcase in London’s West End, (A night with Siani) which led to him being introduced to the founder of Revelation TV (Howard Condor) and subsequently having his own TV programme on Revelation TV at the start of the station.

Grantly attended GMWA (Gospel Music Workshop of America) between 1998 – 2003 and during this time he also became a member of GAG (Gospel Announcer Guild), this was an invaluable time in which he made contacts with some VIP within the gospel music industry to this day.

Grantly has been involved in the gospel music scene since 1997 and his passion for the many genres within urban gospel music has led to his vast on growing collection both new and old.

My speaker cabinets where especially design for long & short throw venues or in other words, (large or small venues – see pictures).

You may want to minimise your cost, so you may consider hiring your own equipment.

Event MC/ Planning & organizing events

I have been a professional radio presenter for quite a few years on various radio stations. This has help me to horn my skills in the area of being a good master of ceremonies.

I know how important it is for your guest to feel relax and in a good frame of mind. I always find being informative with a light hearted attitude goes a long way.

G-Vids - Grantly

The pictures featured on my home page bring back so many great memories. I thought it would be a good idea to share some with you and behind the scene facts with you.

I am pictured with Ken Fuller from ‘Christian Aid’ who came to ‘Str8up @ the Click Club’ to receive a cheque for funds raised by you guys through our charity raffle.

These pictures were taken at the launch of the UK biggest and longest running gospel music venue called ‘Str8up @ the Click Club’ (Da Gospel Light Club).

The club location was formally ‘St Peter’s Church’ a (Grade 2 listed building) off Oxford Street in London’s West End.

This club was founded by Grantly and his wife and on the opening night more than 500 people were in attendance.

The ‘Click Club’ was launched in 2003 and ran for six years consecutively.

The overhead aerial shot was taken on the night of the launch by Corey Ross and shows over 500 people on the dance floor praising our Saviour Jesus Christ

Most of the people in these photographs have gone on to do some great things in the Kingdom. ‘I would love to hear from you if you recognise yourself in any of the pictures shown on the homepage. It would be really interesting to hear what the Lord has been doing in your Life since then’. Get in touch!

The car shown on the homepage happens to be one of my favourite models of cars (Bristol). This Bristol Bullet was launched in 2016. From the day I saw my first Bristol motorcar I fell in love with them.

The Bristol motorcar showrooms are based in Kensington West London. They are a British hand crafted piece of workmanship, and in my book second to none.

The chap pictured in the redshirt is a great minister of the gospel and goes by the name of ‘Witness’ (Birmingham). We were blessed to have him at the Click Club ministering in his own inimitable style.

Over the six years we only ever had one live band, all the rest were PA’s.The name of that band was ‘Company’ and featured Linslee Campbell on the night.

ome of the biggest names in gospel grace our stage, like the US group ’2103’ who stopped by with their mentor, ‘J Moss’ (Pajam).
